If you would like to participate in the conference, we kindly ask you to undergo the registration procedure and to obtain a registration badge. Badges are handed to those applicants who successfully completed the registration in the system.
» CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS

Step 1. PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION

To obtain a login and password to enter the registration system, it is necessary to fill out the preliminary registration form. To proceed to this form, enter the invitation code sent to you in the official UNESCO letter in the field below and press the Enter button.

After a preliminary registration form is submitted and approved, a notification with a login and password will be forwarded to your email to enter your personal account in the registration system and to complete the registration process.

Deadline for submitting the preliminary registration form: no later than March 30, 2017.

Should any technical difficulties or problems with filling out the form arise, please contact the Organising Committee at registration-minepsVI@dspkazan.com.

Step 2. REGISTRATION IN SYSTEM

To access the registration system, enter a login and password that were sent to your e-mail.

After all the required data is entered into the registration system, you should submit the online registration entry form to the Organising Committee for consideration.

Detailed guidelines regarding the registration in the system are available in your personal account (the Help button in the top right corner of the page).

Deadline for completing the procedure in the registration system: no later than June 1, 2017.

Should any technical difficulties or problems with filling out the form arise, please contact the Organising Committee at registration-minepsVI@dspkazan.com.

Step 3. COLLECTION OF REGISTRATION BADGES

Badges are handed to those applicants who successfully completed the registration process in the system. Applicants can monitor the status of their registration entry form in their personal account. If the registration entry form is approved by the Organising Committee, the status is changed to ‘Active’.

To collect their badges, applicants should present a valid identification document (passport) that was used while registering in the system. Registered persons are asked to wear their badges at all times throughout the conference. Each badge is personal, valid exclusively for the registered person and is non-transferable.
