Participants of MINEPS VI will be provided with meet and greet services at the official arrival/departure points:

  • Kazan International Airport;
  • Kazan-1 (Kazan Passazhirskaya) Railway Station;
  • Kazan-2 (Vosstaniye) Railway Station;
and at transit airports of the Moscow air hub:
  • Sheremetyevo International Airport;
  • Moscow Domodedovo Airport;
  • Vnukovo International Airport.

At the above-mentioned arrival/departure points, conference participants will be offered assistance in passing through passport control and customs procedures and claiming luggage. The Organising Committee staff members will meet conference participants with welcome signs featuring the MINEPS 2017 logo at designated locations throughout the airports. Luggage of conference participants should be marked with a special luggage tag

From July 11 to July 17, 2017, the Organising Committee staff will be available at the above-mentioned arrival/departure points 24 hours a day.

The conference participants are kindly recommended to provide the Organising Committee with the arrival and departure information no later than 15 days prior to the arrival and departure dates by means of entering information in the personal account of the registration system (‘Arrivals and departures’ tab). In case the participants fail to provide their arrival and departure information within the deadlines indicated above the Organising Committee will not guarantee proper arrival and departure services at the arrival and departure points.

In case the conference participants travel via Moscow’s transit airports, the Organising Committee recommends to ensure sufficient time between the flights (no less than 3 hours) while purchasing and booking the tickets. This time is required for going through passport and customs control procedures, luggage claim and checking in for the domestic flight. The Organising Committee strongly recommends to travel to Kazan via one of Moscow’s transit airports.

For information on departure schedules, please refer to information desks located at the official hotels.

At the departure point, the conference participants will be provided with assistance in checking in for a flight, passing through passport control, customs procedure (international flights) and security check.

We strongly recommend that the conference participants study carefully the Guidelines for the Individuals Crossing the Customs Border of the Eurasian Economic Union. The document contains important practical information on the import/export to/from Russia and the rules of passing through border control and customs procedure.
